Job Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties.
- Hire, train, or arrange training for staff.
- Authorize payments by cheque and handle merchandise returns.
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory.
- Establish work schedules and supervise activities of workers.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Sell merchandise and resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
Requirements:
- Languages: English
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
